Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Roblox we receive your Roblox user ID, username, display name, avatar image and account creation date. If you choose to connect Discord we also receive your Discord user ID, username and avatar.

We store the listings, offers, messages and transaction records you create on Rarketplace, plus basic technical data such as timestamps needed to operate the service.

We never ask for and never store your Roblox password, browser cookies or account security tokens.

Your data is used to create and secure your account, display your seller profile to buyers, operate listings, offers and payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and contact you about your activity on the marketplace.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Your Roblox username, avatar, join date and any bio you write are public on your seller profile and on your listings. Your Discord username is shared with the other party once a deal is in progress so you can reach each other. Offers, messages and payment details are only visible to the people involved in that deal.

We share limited data with the providers that run the service for us: authentication and database hosting, and payment processing. They may only use it to provide those services. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Completed transaction records may be retained longer where needed for accounting or dispute resolution.

You can edit your profile at any time in Settings, disconnect Discord, or ask us to delete your account and personal data by emailing the address below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Rarketplace is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
