Terms of Service

You create an account by signing in with Roblox. You must be at least 13 years old, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your Roblox and Discord accounts secure — we will never ask you for a password, cookie or security token, and you must never share one with anyone claiming to represent us.

Rarketplace is a venue where members list Roblox experiences and groups for sale and agree deals with each other. We are not a party to those deals. We do not own the assets being sold and we cannot force a transfer to happen.

You may only list something you genuinely own and are permitted to transfer. Your listing must describe it accurately, including revenue, traffic and any known issues. We may remove listings, cancel deals or suspend accounts where information appears false, misleading or in breach of these terms.

Payments are held until the agreed handover steps are confirmed, then released to the seller. Marketplace and payout fees are shown before you commit and are listed on the Fees page. Fees are non-refundable once a sale completes.

Verification on Rarketplace uses publicly available information only. It is a helpful signal, not a guarantee of ownership, future revenue, or that a platform will permit or preserve a transfer. Buyers and sellers are responsible for complying with Roblox's own terms, and Roblox may act on any account or asset regardless of what is agreed here.

Do not defraud or mislead other members, take deals off-platform to avoid fees or protection, sell stolen or compromised accounts and assets, request or share account credentials, harass other members, scrape the site, or use Rarketplace for anything unlawful.

If a deal goes wrong, raise it with us through the deal's message thread before payment is released. We will review the evidence available and may release, refund or hold funds. Our decision is a marketplace decision and does not replace any legal rights you may have against the other party.

You may stop using Rarketplace at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or creates risk for other members. Obligations connected to completed or in-progress deals survive closure.

Rarketplace is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or the acts of other members, and our total liability relating to a deal is limited to the fees we received for it.

We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top. Continuing to use Rarketplace after a change means you accept it. Questions? Email support@rarketplace.com.
